Instead of charging by credit card, I suddenly had to pay in cash, at an unfavorable rate. This is not fair.
Since there was no official receipt, it must be assumed that the tax calculated was higher. the state CR is not billed at all; i.e. taxes paid but presumably withheld by the landlord......
